We search for a brilliant, smart, driven, ambitious, creative and curious person who seeks to make a positive impact on society to complement our Service GTM & Growth. team. Although the name does not say so, we work on Marketing Strategy and GTM for our telco partners worldwide - B2C mainly.
In Whalebone our service is cybersecurity. Simple, no installation, accessible for everybody, protecting people all around the world.
In our department our task is to create marketing and communication strategies together with our telco partners so that we increase the penetration of our white labelled service in their respective markets. We are in charge of driving growth and value for telco partners, helping them expand their customer base and revenue by providing tailored resources, content, and strategic guidance
The person we are searching for should complement our team with her/ his local knowledge:
Role Scope & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative and effective marketing campaigns that telco partners use to promote cybersecurity services to their end customers.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to shape consumer engagement strategies.
- Support the creation of marketing assets, messaging frameworks, and promotional strategies tailored for telco partners.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adoption rates to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of advertising trends, consumer psychology, and industry best practices to refine marketing approaches.
- Proactively identify and fulfil the marketing needs of our partners, ensuring that Whalebone is seen as a trusted and active partner in their growth journey.
- Lead and be responsible for correct development on our regional telco clients
Requirements
- EUR based person with an overview of their region, ideally Czech Republic, Austria or Balkan based
- +3y experience in marketing strategy or/and advertising strategy on an agency side or/and a client side
- The profile of the person can be various : more creative, more research oriented, more social media strategy oriented…
- Independence of preparation, strategy, materials, deliveries to the client, responsibility.
- Speaks well in public, able to deliver workshops
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must
